Property Manager (Charlotte)

We are hiring a Property Manager on behalf of our client. They are seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage an ~500,000 sqft portfolio of Class A retail properties in the Charlotte market.

Ideal Candidate :

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years commercial Property Management experience retail PM experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong Computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Prepare annual budget and review monthly financials
