Maintain regular client communication to boost sales volume.Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients, creating additional sales opportunities.Consult with prospective buyers and sellers to identify their property preferences, then present homes that meet their needs.Conduct engaging open houses to showcase our available properties.Manage the entire transaction process, from initial listing to final closing, ensuring efficient and timely completion.Generate leads to create new business opportunities.Become a market authority—understand the area and industry thoroughly, confidently addressing questions about available homes, comparable properties, and local amenities.Qualifications for a Real Estate Professional :
