Overview Director, Technical Program Manager - Digital Marketing Technology leads large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within Salesforce’s Technology, Marketing & Products organizations. This high-visibility role drives programs that create Agent-first Marketing Websites, Platforms and Events and requires executive presence when engaging with stakeholders up to the C-suite. Your Responsibilities Lead programs by aligning scope, release planning, and coordinating one or more teams on vision and business goals; craft program structure and secure cross-functional alignment.

Drive the software engineering experience using Agile methodologies and analytical / technical skills.

Lead Steering Committee meetings with key partners to make decisions, remove obstacles, and address program issues; ensure business goals and strategic vision are met.

Develop strong partnerships with functional teams to drive focus on business goals and provide executive-level program success.

Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to align workgroups on tactical release issues, dependencies, status, production issues, metrics, and achievements.

Manage program / feature dependencies across multiple teams, functions, divisions, and partners.

Identify and remove obstacles with urgency to keep project teams on track.

Provide monthly program reviews and sprint updates detailing current state, risks, and critical issues.

Foster a collaborative environment that supports creativity, innovation, and learning.

Help advance Salesforce technology, marketing and products strategy globally and drive organizational change.

Create clarity from chaos and drive actionable outcomes.

Requirements 10+ years (Director, TPM) of enterprise software / technical program or engineering management experience at an enterprise technology company.

7+ years of leading SaaS product development programs; understanding of the SaaS business model and product development lifecycle.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on, detail-oriented approach.

Deep experience with the software development lifecycle; strong ability to apply agile methodologies in dynamic environments.

Ability to establish credibility with senior executives and team members.

Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills; able to drive consensus in a cross-functional, matrix environment.

Experience with Portfolio Management.

Ability to master technical subjects and technologies relevant to the program.

Strong organizational, project management, analysis, and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
