Key Responsibilities
Serve as the technical expert for all products supported by the Technical Account Management team
Provide technical assistance during implementation, deployment, and ongoing support phases
Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Experience in software technical support, technical account management, or a similar role
Strong understanding of web architecture and online ad-serving systems
Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and debugging tools
Basic understanding of Tag Management Systems and their integration
Familiarity with API integrations and technical documentation
