Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI / UX Designer to create exceptional user experiences for our digital products. You will be responsible for the full design process, from initial research and ideation to crafting final, high-fidelity visual designs and prototypes. This role requires a strong understanding of both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles, with a passion for creating intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing products.

Responsibilities

• User Research & Analysis : Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
• Strategy & Ideation : Analyze research data to develop user personas, user flows, and information architecture that inform design decisions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping : Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user journeys to stakeholders and development teams.
• Visual Design : Design high-fidelity user interfaces, including color palettes, typography, iconography, and layouts, ensuring brand consistency and aesthetic appeal.
• Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate product requirements into design solutions and ensure technical feasibility.
• Iteration & Feedback : Iterate on designs based on user feedback and business requirements, championing a user-centered design process.
• Design Systems : Contribute to and maintain a comprehensive design system and style guide to ensure consistency across all products.
