About the Job

Caselle (a Govineer Solutions Company) is looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented individual to assist our Implementation Department with client software implementations. This process includes assisting the data conversion team with comparing and balancing of two systems. Problems are then identified and corrected. Once conversion is completed, then Client training is the next step. This is done in a Pre-Live situation prior to going live with the new software as to identify any areas still needing improvement and / or correction. A proven ability to manage workload in a fast paced, challenging environment. Client, department, and company success is always the end goal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assists customers in preparing files to be ready for conversion
  • Problem solve and work with our Customer Support Team to provide accounting and software solutions
  • Support Caselle customers with their day to day questions on Caselle software through their implementation
  • Customer Training by phone, video, and when necessary onsite travel for training, and training in Caselle offices in Provo, UT
  • Reviewing and help format client forms used within several accounting and financial and billing applications (bills, checks, invoices, financial statements)
  • Provide detailed notes of what has been accomplished and where you are at in your daily tasks and projects
  • Provide excellent customer service which will require patience at times
  • Assist in setup and creation of databases for add on applications, and training
  • Other general functions

Experience and Skills Qualifications

  • Experience working with payroll systems, and payroll processing
  • Associates Degree in Accounting, related field or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • May be fresh out of school, or have one to three years of experience in a payroll role
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, customer service-focused, and detail oriented
  • Ability to adapt easily to change
  • Proficient use and knowledge of computer systems
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work toward, and meet specified deadlines
  • Salary : To be discussed during interview process
