Client Solutions Associate

San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid, 3 days / week on site)

$72K base + uncapped bonuses + equity ($100K+ OTE)

As a Client Solutions Associate, you'll own projects end-to-end - from understanding client research needs to sourcing the right experts, facilitating interviews, and ensuring a seamless client experience. This isn't a sales role; it's a hybrid of client services, project management, and customer success.

What You'll Do :

  • Run projects start-to-finish : Source, recruit, and screen experts. Present them to clients, schedule interviews, and ensure smooth logistics.
  • Be the client point of contact : Build relationships with clients from day one, ensuring speed and quality in every interaction.
  • Collaborate across teams : Share insights with product and operations to help improve the platform and client experience.
  • Drive results : Exceed quotas for expert-client interactions to unlock uncapped monthly bonuses and fast promotions.
