How You Make An Impact
The Industrial Controls Supervisor will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of control systems for Niowave's superconducting particle accelerators and related equipment. You will lead a skilled team, provide technical mentorship, and ensure robust, long-term solutions in a demanding production environment. You will collaborate across departments to support R&D initiatives, operational improvements, and strategic growth.
- Collaborates in the development of data acquisition systems
- Leads staff members in providing controls repair and developmental support for both the accelerator and isotope laboratories
- Coordinates written documentation related to accelerators and controls systems including electrical, electronic, and PI&D drawings
- Coordinates with key stakeholders in the organization to ensure production objectives are met and staff are properly developed and trained
- Collaborates effectively with a cross functional team to meet objectives and complete key initiatives
- Sets KPIs for controls group, communicates key program updates, and drives improvements in quality, safety, and productivity to ensure KPIs are met
- Leads operational efforts and identifies process improvements to increase efficiency and support strategic growth
What You Need To Succeed
