Job Description

As a Security Professional - Telecom Site Patrols in Shepherdsville, KY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading technology location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and create a secure environment for all. Your presence and proactive approach will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, while you provide exceptional customer service and strong communication. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or potential threats.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or hazards encountered during patrols.
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a secure and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
  • Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.
  • Assist with access control and verify identification as required by site-specific procedures.
  • Support emergency response efforts, including guiding occupants during evacuations or other urgent situations.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
