Clinton Engineering is hiring a few motivated students to join our team as Construction Apprentices. Youll work part-time during the school year (breaks, in-service days, and some weekends) and full-time in the summer. What Youll Do...

  • Assist with a variety of hands-on tasks at construction jobsites
  • Support concrete pours, framing, site prep, and general labor
  • Learn how to safely use tools, equipment, and materials
  • Set up and clean work areas, tools, and equipment
  • Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe worksite
  • Receive on-the-job mentorship from experienced tradespeople

Who Were Looking For...

  • High school junior or senior enrolled in the EICC Construction Program
  • Someone who wants to work, learn, and get better every day
  • Comfortable being outdoors and on your feet
  • Shows up on time, ready to work, with a good attitude
  • Able to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Drivers license is a plus but not required
