CNC PROGRAMMER (NEW POSITION)

Position Summary : The CNC Machinist adds value to BAPI and Manufacturing Engineering and Production Teams through setting up, programming, and operating a variety of manual and CNC machines to fabricate precision parts. The role will optimize machining processes, maintain tight tolerances, and assure all fabrications are of exceptional quality and meet the needs of the end user.

Machining and Fabrication :

• Interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications.
• Program, set up, and operate CNC and manual machines (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.) for prototype and production work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues independently to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Inspect parts using advanced measuring tools (CMM, micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.)

Degrees Preferred : CNC Machining Technology, Precision Machining Technology, or Manufacturing Engineering Technology
