Step into a high-impact role in beautiful  Pueblo, Colorado , as an  Infectious Disease Physician ! Join a robust inpatient practice with a competitive  $260 / hr pay rate ,  comprehensive malpractice coverage , and  complimentary travel and lodging .

This is your opportunity to make a real difference in a full-scope ID practice, working alongside a dedicated physician-led team in a  300-bed hospital setting .

🔍  Position Details :

Location :  Pueblo, CO

Practice Setting :  Inpatient only

Schedule :  Mon–Sun, 8 AM–5 PM

Call :  Possible after-hours call; up to 24-hour shifts

Patient Load :  ~20 adult ID consults per day

EMR :  EPIC

Team :  Solo physician; no mid-levels

Lab Onsite :  Yes

💼  Scope of Work Includes :

Required :

Adult inpatient Infectious Disease consults

Preferred Experience :

Internal Medicine inpatient background

Familiarity with :

Microscopic specimen evaluation

Central line placement & management

Intrathecal anti-infective administration

Diagnostic / therapeutic taps (LPs, arthrocentesis, thoracentesis)

Liver biopsies

💸  Compensation & Perks :

Hourly Rate :  $260 / hr

Malpractice :  Fully covered

Travel and lodging :   Covered

Holiday, Overtime & Call Rates :  Additional compensation provided

Board Certified in Infectious Disease

Active CO License or IMLC

BLS & ACLS
