A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Analyst to support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday platform across all HR functional areas.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, test, and deploy updates and enhancements in Workday modules
Serve as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for Workday inquiries
Maintain data and integration integrity through regular audits and reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
2-4 years of Workday experience in a similar analyst or configuration role
Proficiency in one or more Workday modules (Core HCM, Reporting, Benefits, Absence, etc.)
Experience creating and modifying reports and calculated fields using Report Writer
Workday certification(s) in relevant modules is preferred
