Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
Policy Customization : Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions to suit their insurance requirements.
Prospecting : Identify and generate leads through various channels to expand the client base.
Sales Targets : Meet or surpass sales objectives and grow the business portfolio.
Consultation : Educate clients on policy details, price options, and benefits available to them.
Renewals : Oversee policy renewals by following up with clients and ensuring continuous coverage.
Requirements
Licensing : Must hold a valid Nevada Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a sales or client-facing role, preferably within the insurance industry.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-Centric : Demonstrated ability to prioritize client needs and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Goal-Oriented : Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering results.
Interpersonal Skills : Excellent relationship-building skills with a consultative approach.
Local Expertise : Familiarity with the Reno, Nevada market is advantageous.
