Integrity Construction of Arizona LLC is seeking a hands-on Construction Site Supervisor to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with field crews on-site — building, training, and problem-solving.
- Manage daily jobsite operations, including scheduling, materials, and subcontractor coordination.
- Ensure safety, quality, and project timelines are maintained.
- Communicate effectively between field crews, leadership, and clients.
- Monitor project budgets and resource usage to maintain efficiency.
- Lead by example, fostering teamwork, accountability, and a positive work culture.
- Troubleshoot issues on-site and develop proactive solutions.
- Support and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in general construction or ICF building.Proven leadership background (Foreman, Lead Builder, project manager or similar role).Strong knowledge of tools, trades, and building practices.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications, both architectural and structural.Strong mathematical and technical aptitude.Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent field experience.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
