This is not a desk job — it's an opportunity for an experienced builder and natural leader to oversee on-site construction, guide teams, and ensure that every project reflects our high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism. Pay

Base pay range : $95,000.00 / yr - $100,000.00 / yr

Hybrid role — primarily based in Phoenix, Arizona, with occasional travel to other Arizona project sites

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with field crews on-site — building, training, and problem-solving.
• Manage daily jobsite operations, including scheduling, materials, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure safety, quality, and project timelines are maintained.
• Communicate effectively between field crews, leadership, and clients.
• Monitor project budgets and resource usage to maintain efficiency.
• Lead by example, fostering teamwork, accountability, and a positive work culture.
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and develop proactive solutions.
• Support and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
