Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Position : Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Muncie, IN

An exciting opportunity awaits for a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide valuable services in a K-12 school setting located in Muncie, IN. This position focuses on delivering effective speech and language therapy to support the diverse needs of students, ensuring they receive the guidance necessary for their academic success and personal development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders among students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services through in-person and teletherapy methods, fostering an engaging and supportive environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in a school setting.
  • Proficient in using teletherapy platforms and tools for effective virtual interventions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate communication with students, families, and staff.
