This is role will be based in our Woods Cross UT Headquarters and requires full time in office expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support strategic decision-making for senior leadership and business stakeholders.

Forecast and plan financial and operational performance metrics.

Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for cost savings through process enhancements.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including fleet utilization, delivery performance, fuel efficiency, and driver productivity.

Collaborate cross-functionally with dispatch, safety, fleet management, and accounting teams to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

Contribute to route optimization efforts and perform cost-benefit analyses to improve operational efficiency.

Conduct root cause analyses for service-related issues such as freight variance, gallons compliance, and overfills.

Audit business systems data by comparing actuals to targets and analyzing forecasted performance metrics.

Partner with IT, Business Intelligence, and FP&A teams to ensure data integrity and enhance data collection and reporting processes.

Support the deployment of new systems, tools, and operational initiatives across the organization.

Role Requirements

Occasional travel for driver meetings, terminals, and store visits.

Complete assigned projects by expected deadlines as determined by business stakeholders.

Qualifications : Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain — or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications : Experience

3+ years’ experience working in Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain analytical roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Looker, or other data visualization tools.

Experience with Adobe Illustrator is a plus.

Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organization, initiative, and follow-through.

Ability to operate independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction.

Proven ability to effectively prioritize and balance competing needs.

Demonstrated initiative in identifying and solving work-related problems.

Experience exercising sound judgment in decision-making.

Strong organizational skills in coordinating concurrent responsibilities across teams, ensuring timely and accurate project delivery.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range : $70,000 – $85,000 annually, DOE + Bonus Opportunity

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik | Kum & Go considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position, as well as the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
