A company is looking for a Project Management Office - Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Support month-end project financial closing activities and ensure timely invoice preparation
Monitor compliance with time logging policies and generate time-tracking reports
Provide requested data to stakeholders and assist finance in maintaining tracking solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in project administration or similar roles
Familiarity with project management tools and time-tracking systems is a plus
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools is a plus
Advanced English speaker
