The Role

Were looking for a Content Manager to build, run, and scale a high-performing content engine. This role goes far beyond just writingyoull own the strategy and execution of a content machine that delivers consistently high-quality output across channels (website, LinkedIn, newsletters, video, etc.). Success in this role will be measured by the volume, quality, and consistency of content creation and distribution. Quality is paramountwe need content that stands out in an age of AI noise, content that reflects deep understanding of our industry and resonates with serious sellers.

What Youll Do

• Develop and own Goflows content strategy across all channels and media.
• Manage content production at scalefrom ideation to creation to distribution.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and subject-matter experts to surface the right stories.
• Leverage analytics to measure performance and refine strategy.
• Maintain a high bar for originality, depth, and insight in all published work.
