Description

At XRG, we are passionate about hospitality and delivering unforgettable experiences. We are seeking a Prep Cook to join our team in Huntington Beach, CA.

Responsibilities include :

  • Preparing hot and cold food items
  • Following prep sheets and communicating with chefs
  • Properly storing and labeling food
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
  • Assisting in kitchen operations and supporting team members

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • At least 1 year of related experience
  • Strong knife skills and food safety knowledge

    • Compensation : $16.50 - $19.00 / hour, DOE
