Texas Licensed Patient Services Rep

A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative Medical Assistant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and register patient appointments, providing information on various requests

Process communication requests efficiently across multiple channels

Train and onboard new members to departmental processes and services

Required Qualifications

Must reside in Texas, Arizona, or Nevada

High School diploma or equivalent

Two years of experience in a patient-focused healthcare environment or a high-volume contact center

Medical Assistant Diploma or equivalent military training

Experience with computer systems, including Windows-based and web applications
