Worksite Setup & Cleanup : Prepare and maintain a clean job site, handle worksite teardown, and conduct final project cleanup. Material Handling : Load windows and doors at the company warehouse, and unload trash and debris from trailers. Finishing Touches : Apply exterior and interior finish trim and caulking to ensure a polished, professional look. Customer Interaction : Positively engage with customers and address their concerns to ensure satisfaction. Experience : No prior experience required, though 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. Technical Skills : Working knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus, with the ability to manage time and tasks efficiently. Customer Service Skills : Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Accountability : Dependable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility for completing tasks accurately and on time. Communication Skills : Ability to effectively communicate with installation crews, internal staff, and company leadership. Physical Requirements : Capability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Proficiency in utilizing a smartphone for business applications.

Lifetime Home Remodeling is thrilled to expand into the Southern California market and is seeking a Tier I Installer to join our installation team in San Diego. As a Tier I Installer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality window and door installations, maintaining organized job sites, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
