Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for international shipments, ensuring issue resolution

Oversee documentation for outbound shipments and coordinate with internal and external partners

Partner with warehouses and logistics providers to prioritize shipping schedules and ensure expectations are met

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in international shipping and export processes

Knowledge of customs documentation and compliance requirements

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively
