Sr. Financial Analyst Operational Excellence
We are seeking a hard-working, process-oriented Sr. Finance Analyst Operational Excellence who is data-driven, highly analytical, and thrives at the intersection of financial insight and operational excellence. In this role, you will be a key finance partner to operations, supply chain, and leadership teamshelping identify opportunities, solve problems, and deliver measurable results in a high growth, dynamic, manufacturing and distribution environment. This position will report to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis and Operations Finance.
This is a hybrid role based at our Oceanside, CA facility. Candidates must be able to commute onsite at least two days per week, with a reliable commute of approximately one hour or less.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Drive Cost Transformation : Help drive MRP, WIP / Routing initiatives that optimize labor, operational routings, and other key processes providing visibility to turn complex operations into measurable cost savings and profit growth.
- Shape Smarter Supply Chains : Assist with transition to Make-to-Stock and Transportation Management System go-live build future-state processes, automation, and partner cross-functionally for system integrations that reduce waste, streamline order flow, and strengthen decision-making.
- Help Revolutionize Our Business : Use modeling, analytics, and real-time reporting in capacity planning, S&OP, and SKU optimization areastransforming raw operational data into insights that reduce costs and improve service level.
- Innovate Value Chain : Deliver optimized conversion costs, balance inventory KPIs, and integrate technology to create scalable frameworks that guide smarter manufacturing and distribution.
- Make a Visible Impact : Translate Value Chain improvements and operational outcomes into board-level value producing clear ROI, validated savings, and sustainable performance gains.
- Assist with calculating cost-savings projections, timelines, and track actuals related to strategic projects.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders to align objectives and actions.
- Support change management efforts to ensure full adoption of new processes and systems.
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate operational performance and identify improvement initiatives.
- Execute ad hoc data pulls and financial reporting as necessary.

Education : BS / BA in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldFormal Six Sigma education a plusExperience : 5+ years in Finance, Operations Finance, or Business OperationsExperience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with complex analyses around finance, operations, and manufacturingPrior experience with ERP systems, NetSuite preferredKnowledge : Advanced Excel proficiency (if / and / or / choose, sumif, index-match, vlookup, pivots, data validation, etc.)Proven success in driving operational improvement and value chain optimization initiatives.Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex issues into actionable solutions.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the organization.Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced data visualization skills.Ability to prepare financial reports and give recommendations based on available data.Excellent professional oral, written, and presentation communication skills requiredWorking and Environmental Conditions :
