Access Healthcare Associates is a mobile medical practice dedicated to serving the senior population. We are currently seeking a full-time LVN Clinical Supervisor with experience in assisted living communities.
This role is essential for supervising clinical support staff, streamlining workflows, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinical department. The Clinical Supervisor will efficiently triage changes in patient conditions—including infections, falls, behavioral changes, and lab results—and coordinate appropriate follow-up care.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in and prior experience working with elderly patients, particularly within assisted living settings. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and motivated professional with solid clinical expertise, proficiency in electronic health records, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Clinical Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations and workflows to maintain efficiency and quality of care.
- Triage patient condition changes (e.g., infections, falls, behavioral changes, lab results) and coordinate appropriate interventions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with providers, administrative staff, and assisted living community partners to ensure seamless patient care.
- Monitor clinical staff performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely entry of patient information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Support communication between clinical staff, providers, patients, and families.
- Assist in onboarding and training new clinical team members.
- Prepare and present department performance updates to leadership as requested.
- Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm at AHA Headquarters (Pico Office).
- Work closely with the Director of Clinical Operations (DOCO).
Qualifications
LVN or RN HIGHLY preferredMinimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with a preference for experience in assisted living or senior care environments.Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical setting is strongly preferred.Strong clinical assessment and triage skills.Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, compassionate demeanor.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Clinical Supervisor Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range : $83,200 – $104,000 annually (equivalent to ~$40–$50 per hour), depending on experience and qualifications.
