Maintenance Repair Technician

Full-Time

Vineyards Country Club is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Club Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities Maintenance team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring that all areas of the Club are maintained to the highest standards of excellence, safety, and appearance for our members and guests.

Responsibilities :

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive repairs throughout the clubhouse and surrounding facilities.
Maintain and enhance the cleanliness, functionality, and overall presentation of the property.
Complete light carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair projects as needed.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items.
Safely perform manual labor, including lifting and moving heavy objects as required.
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Collaborate with other departments to support Club operations and member events as needed.

Requirements :

Previous experience in general building maintenance or related trades required; working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems preferred.

Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional demeanor.

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. while following proper safety procedures.

Comfortable working in a variety of physical positions, including standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing.

Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when necessary.
