Job Description

Job Title : Customer Service Representative

Location : Norcross, GA (Fully On-site)

Shift : 1st (Must be flexible)

Pay : $16 / hour

Overview : This position will handle Order Entry, processing returns, inbound, outbound phone calls and email from a wide variety of customers across the country.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities :

Perform order entry and data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
Process customer returns efficiently
Handle inbound and outbound phone and email communication
Provide support to a wide range of customers across the country

Qualifications & Requirements :

Processing returns and entering the order information into the system.

Process using 10 key methods and use of scanner

Will cross train for all office, clerical, and call center duties.

Need someone with attention to detail to process returns and orders accurately

Previous data entry / CSR experience is preferred

Professional phone manner and the ability to work independently

Ability to communicate to a wide variety of individuals via phone and email

High school diploma or equivalent – Minimum

Must be computer literate and comfortable with data entry.

Available for a regular weekend shift as needed.
