About The Role
CaptivateIQ is entering new territory beyond incentive compensation and sales planning. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy for new and emerging products as we bring them to market. This high-impact position combines strategic ownership with cross-functional collaboration. You’ll partner early on with our product team to develop product and GTM strategy, own positioning and messaging for new products, and work alongside sales and marketing to jump-start and grow revenue for our evolving product suite.
You’ll report to the Senior Director of Product & Corporate Marketing and work closely with teams across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps. Your work will directly influence company growth and market perception, ensuring our solutions resonate with the right audiences and deliver clear value.

Responsibilities
Product Launches & GTM Strategy : Own new product launches — partnering early with Product, Marketing, and Sales to shape product and GTM strategy, craft compelling messaging, positioning, and launch tactics that accelerate growthSales Enablement & Commercial Strategy : Lead enablement for new products along with key personas and competitors, equipping sales with the right collateral, insights, and training to drive revenueCompetitive Intelligence : Monitor the competitive landscape, including product moves, pricing, and messaging. Translate findings into strategic insights for Sales and ProductMessaging & Positioning : Create differentiated messaging that resonates with target buyers and supports our broader go-to-market and expansion strategiesCustomer & Market Research : Conduct and synthesize primary research to gather customer insights, identify pain points, and inform product and marketing directionContent & Collateral Development : Build high-impact sales assets—such as decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and playbooks—that support pipeline generation and deal velocityCross-Functional Collaboration : Work across teams to align on GTM priorities and ensure consistent execution from product ideation through launch and beyondEvangelism : Serve as an evangelist of our voice of customer for our internal teams and a CaptivateIQ and industry expert to our prospect and customer baseRequirements
5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing and 7–10 years of overall professional experienceExperience launching new products and driving GTM strategyExperience working closely with Product Management, Marketing and SalesDeep understanding of competitive intelligence and how to use it to differentiate and win dealsExceptional storytelling and communication skills—you can distill complex concepts into compelling, digestible messagingTrack record of partnering with Sales and Marketing teams to drive pipeline and revenueData-driven mindset, with the ability to measure and iterate on successDriven, resourceful, and motivated to go the extra mile to help teams succeedBenefits

Compensation
The OTE range represents the minimum and maximum for this position across North America. For candidates in Menlo Park, the range is $160,000–$205,000; for all other North America locations, the range is $130,000–$168,000. The OTE offered for this position will depend on proficiency, anticipated performance, and location. This is one component of CaptivateIQ\'s total rewards package.
