• Summary

The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor is a working supervisor position, performing the work and providing daily supervision to the Mechanic Department engaged in the operational maintenance of the Company's truck / vehicle fleet by planning, scheduling, and supervising, and performing routine preventative maintenance and repair work on trucks / vehicles. The ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks and requests and meet deadlines in a professional manner is required. Supervisor performs diagnostic tests for routine maintenance procedures and determines a course of action for damaged parts and systems. They repair malfunctioning components, retrofit engines, change brakes, adjust steering systems, replace worn out parts, change fluids and all other repairs needed for a safe fleet. The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor will routinely use computerized equipment along with welding torches, pneumatic wrenches, hydraulic jacks, etc. The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor also test drives trucks before and after repairs.

Pay : $34.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours : 40 – 50 per week
