About the Role

We are looking to add another Occupational Therapist to our team to cover our Southern territory : Auburn, Girard, Carlinville and Virden. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, self-starter and must work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop therapy and treatment plans for OT orders.
  • Establish treatment goals and milestones with patients.
  • Document and store treatment plans and progress reports.
  • Update patient progress to relevant parties.

Qualifications :

  • Illinois Occupational Therapy License.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive and patient demeanor.

    • Required Skills :

  • Occupational Therapy License (Preferred).

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Ability to Relocate : Illinois : Relocate before starting work (Required).

    • Pay range and compensation package :
