Your responsibilities will include :

  • Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities to help them achieve the highest level of performance and independence.
  • Supporting treatments as directed by the Registered Nurse based on individualized care plans.
  • Monitoring vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse, and promptly reporting any changes to the RN.
  • Documenting care provided using our computerized charting system.
  • Encouraging residents to engage in prescribed activities and programs.
  • Observing residents to identify any changes in their physical or emotional condition and communicating these to your supervisor.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned to enhance resident care.

Qualifications :

  • Current Nursing Assistant certification in North Dakota is required.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with residents and staff.
  • Reliable attendance and the ability to maintain a consistent work schedule.
