Responsibilities :
The Manager will support Mythicals direct-to-consumer ecommerce business, focused on apparel, accessories, drinkware, hair & beard products, toys, games, and other collectibles sold through Shopify and Amazon storefronts. Secondary duties will include supporting the product development strategies for our membership program, Mythical Society, and live ticketed virtual events.
Core Duties
- Support and collaborate with the Directors strategy and execution for Mythical ecommerce stores on both Shopify and Amazon, including :
Product assortment and quantity planning
On-site merchandisingProduct copy and marketing communications3PL managementCustomer serviceManage site UX / UI updates and enhancementsMonitor inventory levels, report monthly on current stock, and refine demand / supply forecasting based on inventory levelsMeasure, assess, and report on traffic, revenue, margin, inventory, conversions, AOV, LTV, CAC, etc. and present reporting to senior colleaguesSupport and collaborate with design teams on product ideation, marketing merchandise, and promotional creativeMaintain all on-camera merchandise promotional trackers and planning documents in coordination with marketing and production teamsWork with the Director of Ecommerce and Marketing colleagues to develop and execute ecommerce marketing campaigns across Mythical Store socials, email, SMS / MMS, and other platforms, including writing and reviewing copyReview all promotional and marketing materials before launch and provide insightful feedback on any changes, if neededWork with the Director of ecommerce and Marketing colleagues to oversee paid advertising creative and manage 3P performance marketing agency relationshipRequirements
3+ years of experience at ecommerce / DTC brandsExtensive Shopify Plus and inventory management experienceExperience managing direct team members as well as third parties, such as customer service and fulfillment partnersExcellent organizational and communication skillsExperience with product development of apparel / accessoriesExperience collaborating with design and marketing departmentsWorking familiarity with business intelligence tools and spreadsheetsTrack record of growth and familiarity with entire divisional P&LAbility to analyze funnels, conversion levers, and A / B testing hypothesesExperience with Attentive is a plusRetail buying and merchandising experience is a plusPhysical retail and wholesale merchandising experience is a plusEnthusiasm for internet content creators is a plus
