What You'll Do
- Lead hands-on training for new store openings
- Support system-wide rollouts (new products, tech, ops updates)
- Be the go-to resource for franchise partners and store teams
- Conduct site visits to coach and reinforce brand + food safety standards
- Develop training programs, job aids, and resources
- Communicate updates weekly to franchise partners
- Deliver presentations and coaching that inspire
What We're Looking For
2–5 years in training, franchise support, or store ops (food / retail / hospitality ideal)Strong communication & presentation skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple projectsProficient in MS Office (and quick to learn new platforms)Bonus : Food service experiencevideo training skills
Willing to travel 20–30%Bachelor's degree preferred (Associate's + relevant experience considered)Job Details
