We are looking for an experience Service Technician with HVAC experience who will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community to include general maintenance and repairs, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems, general grounds / curb appeal management, and “make ready” renovations.

Here is what you will be doing :

• Ensure all service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner.
• Ensure the completion of service requests in 24 hours or per community policy.
• Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors.
• Maintain and repair buildings’ plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts.
• Assist with moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies; exercising safety if needed to assist with moving heavy items, such as furniture / appliances, and unloading / storing supplies.
