We are currently looking for a dynamic, friendly and customer-focused professional with a passion for driving results to join our spa team!

Position Summary : As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for ensuring they have a memorable and seamless experience. Youll manage guest scheduling, ensure timely service delivery, and embody our core values in every interaction. In addition to supporting our sales process, you will play a key role in managing leads, following up with potential clients, and helping convert inquiries into loyal guests. Your role will also be vital in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, responding to guest inquiries, and consistently representing the V / O Med Spa brand with pride. You will report directly to the Spa Manager.

Schedule :

This is a part-time position with working days onWednesdays and Saturdays, for up to16 hours per week.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure that the guest has an exceptional experience from the moment they call on the phone or walk through the door
  • Responsible for ensuring all guests are scheduled accurately and receive their services in a timely and professional manner
  • Play a key role in managing leads, following up with potential clients, and helping convert inquiries into loyal guests
  • Embody V / Os core values and reflect them through their interactions and behaviors
  • Continually work to meet Guest expectations by responding to Guest questions and inquiries, managing the Guest intake process, ensuring a clean and organized work space, providing excellent communication and administrative services, supporting the sales process, and representing the V / O Med Spa brand at the highest level.

  • Comfortable consulting clients on both cosmetic and non-cosmetic treatment options
  • Previous experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment
