Job Summary
As a Sales Representative , you’ll be the face of AT&T within big-box retail environments. You’ll engage with customers, educate them on the latest products and promotions, and deliver personalized solutions that meet their needs. This is an entry-level sales role with a clear path to advancement into leadership and management.
Key Responsibilities
Represent AT&T inside major retailers across the Minneapolis / Twin Cities area
Deliver a top-tier buying experience and guide customers through wireless, entertainment, and service options
Educate customers on AT&T promotions, plans, and new products
Acquire new customer accounts and generate sales
Execute sales presentations with professionalism and enthusiasm
Build rapport and long-term customer relationships
Collaborate with retail partners to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face
Outgoing, energetic, and motivated to succeed in a sales-driven environment
Coachable with a student mentality and a desire to learn
Professional, dependable, and integrity-driven
Team-oriented with leadership potential
Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is helpful but not required — training is provided

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
Must be 18 years or older
Reliable transportation to retail partner locations across the Twin Cities area
Availability to work full-time, including some evenings and weekends
