Job Description

CapTech Machine Learning Engineers design and implement data-driven solutions for our clients, with a focus on building and deploying scalable machine learning systems in enterprise environments. We foster a collaborative environment where CapTech analysts, architects, and client teams learn from each other.

Responsibilities

• Strategize with clients, data scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end machine learning solutions and identify new approaches to meet business needs
• Deconstruct client needs into data-driven processes / models and analytical measures
• Analyze and transform large datasets hosted on enterprise platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Design, develop, and deploy advanced analytical solutions leveraging client data (e.g., recommender systems, natural language processing, risk scoring)
• Productionize ML systems with a focus on optimization and scalability to satisfy client requirements
• Grow CapTech’s ML and Data Science practices through client presentations, proposal writing, business development events, and leading teams of junior data scientists and engineers

CapTech supports equal pay for all. In Colorado, we comply with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The base pay range for this role is : $95,000 - $160,000.
