Check and clean facilities and exterior grounds, and pick up debris / litter from around buildings, parking lots, and dumpster areas.

Sweep or blow off sidewalks / walkways around buildings.

Empty exterior trash receptacles as needed.

General cleaning of building interiors including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, emptying trash receptacles, and surface cleaning.

Secondary restroom check / cleaning and ensure disposable supplies are adequately stocked.

Perform building safety checks and report all unsafe conditions to the supervisor.

Communicate with internal and external customers, Building Superintendents, and supervisors.

Work Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m.

Physical Demands : Must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.

Subject to Passing Substance Screening : This position is subject to passing a pre-employment substance screening. An applicant who fails to pass a required drug screening test shall be disqualified from employment for a period of five (5) years.

CJIS Clearance : The successful candidate will be subject to an extensive background check(s) as a part of the hiring process.

Starting Pay : $16.50 (Step 1)
