About the Role

PDTX is seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Alameda, CA . This is a great opportunity to provide high-quality patient-centered care while enjoying flexibility and top-tier pay.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and individualized care plans.

Develop and implement therapy programs to restore mobility, function, and strength.

Document all patient care in accordance with facility and state standards.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, home care, and injury prevention.

Ensure compliance with all California state regulations and facility policies.

Job Requirements

Current California PT license (required).

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT) .

CPR / BLS certification .

1+ year of experience preferred (new grads considered).

Strong adaptability and communication skills.
