Key Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and respond to email inquiries in a fast-paced environment
Act as a point of escalation for complex customer and process issues
Assist customers with navigating the website and resolve high-priority escalations
Required Qualifications
1-3 years in a customer experience-related role; e-commerce or startup preferred
Proficient in platforms such as ZenDesk, Salesforce, and e-commerce platforms
Demonstrated positive approach toward customers
Passion for understanding problems and solution-oriented mindset
Bilingual in English / Spanish preferred
