We are seeking dedicated and organized individuals with nursing experience to join our team as a House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our homes with adults with Intellectual / Developmental disabilities and Autism. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staff supervision / management. Experience as certified Direct Support Professional is preferred but not required. Ability to provide care to ensure a high standard of living for the individuals we support while maintaining dignity and respect. This role requires excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of related experience as a Direct Support Professional. At least 1 year of management and / or training as a supervisor, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Valid Maine Driver's LicenseCurrent and active auto insurance.HS Diploma / GED / HiSetVaccinations for MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, and annual FluDSPCRMAFirst Aid / CPRBehavioral Management Training (Safety Care, Welle, CPI, or MANDT)Other Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :
Implements and adheres to all policies and procedures of Hope Family Partners as required by DHHS / OADS HCBS regulations.Maintain documentation records according to policy.Develops individualized service plans in conjunction with the treatment team.Attends and participates in all team meetings.If applicable, ensure licensed facilities comply with all regulations.Complete and review Therap Documentation accuracy daily for proper billing.Communicates regularly with Residential and Operation Manager as applicable.Communicates regularly with individuals supported as well as case managers / parents / legal guardians to ensure continuing satisfaction with services.Provides in-program support on a schedule determined by the program; as well as after-hours support during nights and weekends if needed. Possible on call.Oversight and weekly submission of petty cash and personal finances along with house grocery shopping.Supervise staff and direct their activities with the clients.Scheduling staff to meet the needs of the program and ensures that shifts are covered.Provide coaching and feedback and completes staff performance evaluations.Disciplines staff members as needed.Audits and mileage, and documentation.Provides training on clients supported and program activities.Direct support of clients supported in the absence of a Direct Support Professional.Follow set plans PCP and Positive Support Plans.Coordinate all appointments for clients supported by providers and attend those appointments in the absence of a designer.Oversight of program functions, including MARS, Menu’s, Client Activities, Schedules, and another program needs as necessary.Provides at minimum 5 days weekly of program support / oversight in each program assigned.Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.Keep the home within state, federal and HCBS standards.
