Due to continued growth we are currently accepting applications for Truck Driver CDL A Delivery Driver to work in Medina, OH.
Compensation - Annual salary range is $70,000 to $75,000 per year, which includes :
Activity-based pay including miles, stops, detention, etc.$5,000 Sign-on Bonus : $2,500 after 90 day, $2,500 after 1 yearRoutes are typically 2300-2700 miles per week.Typical work days are 10-12 hours.Weekly paychecks Union Benefits - Eligibility begins after 60 days of employmentBenefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription drug, and Voluntary Life)
Paid Time OffPaid HolidaysRetirement pension Work ScheduleMonday-Friday, Saturdays as needed.
Start times vary, typically between 3 : 00am-6 : 00am.Routes cover MI, OH, IN primarily, with occasional runs to KY, PA, WV, MD, VA, NC.Make 3-6 stops per day, depending on route.Some layovers possible; typically 0-3 per week, depending on route.Must be flexible with work schedule and route assignments. ResponsibilitiesDelivering and unloading mattresses to warehouses and retail / end users
Some Dock deliveries, driver assist unload; move mattresses by hand to end of trailer only. Some drop / hook, some customer unloadDrive CDL trucks to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinationsProvide excellent customer serviceChecking mechanical aspects of the vehicleReporting maintenance / repair issues on trucks and / or equipment RequirementsMust be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Minimum of 12 months of CDL A tractor-trailer experiencePrevious touch freight experience preferred.Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License, with air brakes endorsement.Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug screen and physical.Be in good physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses /Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors.Legally eligible to work in the U.S..Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English.Be able to lift, push, pull 75 pounds with no assistance.Apply Below or Give us a call at 877-586-0721
