Shift : 8 : 30am - 4 : 30pm, Monday through Friday (Hybrid)

At the Applied Behavior Center for Autism, our mission is to provide individualized, evidence-based services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

Position Overview :

The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the revenue cycle processes specific to behavioral health / ABA services. The RCM Manager ensures billing, claims submission, denials management, payer contract oversight, and collections are completed efficiently and accurately, while working closely with clinical and operational staff to ensure documentation supports reimbursement.

Required Qualifications :

• 3+ years of revenue cycle management experience, ideally in behavioral health / ABA therapy or a related field

Compensation :

Pay Range : $90,000 plus based on prior RCM experience.
