Job Opportunity : Nurse Practitioner - General Medicine

Join a dedicated team in providing essential health services to our nation's veterans. We are seeking General Medicine Providers for Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments. This role involves working in your own office located within a 50-mile radius of Silver City, Deming, or Hobbs, NM. Support our Veterans while enjoying the flexibility of a locum position in vibrant Houston, New Mexico.

Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct one-time non-treatment Compensation & Pension exams and separation health assessments.
• Perform primarily interview-based exams with some physical assessments including range of motion and muscle strength testing.
• Complete documentation and submit reports in a timely manner.
• Participate in quick credentialing and onboarding processes.
• Work on a PRN basis, with the flexibility for half-day (4-hour) or full-day (8-hour) shifts.
• Regular follow-up administrative work required, such as addendums, medical opinions, and reading diagnostics.
