Position Summary :

The Senior Event Planner leads the planning, coordination, and execution of the Federation's most high-profile fundraising and engagement events, including all signature and high-level donor events. This role supervises two project coordinators and ensures that all events align with the Federation's mission, vision, and strategic priorities. The Senior Event Planner is responsible for vendor negotiations and management, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional event experiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Strategic Event Leadership

• Independently manage a portfolio of high-impact events, including all signature and high-level donor events.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, development officers, and marketing to define event goals, themes, and strategies.
• Supervise and mentor two project coordinators, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development.

Pay Rate :

In addition to benefits, the annual salary range for this role begins at $75,000. We benchmark our salaries for new hires in relation to the role, level, and role location; however, we consider a multitude of factors, to include relevant experience, skills, and education / training, to determine compensation levels.
