Job Title : CT / Radiologic Technologist – Hybrid Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology

Employment Type : Travel healthcare assignment

Location : Lafayette, Indiana (47905) – Indiana healthcare jobs

Facility Type : Short-Term Acute Care Hospital

Unit : Hybrid Cath Lab / Interventional Radiology

Shift : Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts per week (07 : 00 - 17 : 30; may start as early as 6 : 30 AM)

Hours per Week : 40 (guaranteed)

Assignment Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 10 / 13 / 2025 – End : 1 / 12 / 2026)

Weekend Requirement : Every third weekend

On-Call : 10 call shifts / month (Cath Lab & Hybrid OR)

Charting System : Cerner

Parking : Free onsite parking

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2,820 - $2,900

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 1.5 years of recent experience as a CT / Rad Tech in Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology settings

ARRT (R) certification required

BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required

Active Indiana State Radiology License (must be obtained prior to start date)

Dual-role experience : Proficiency in both Interventional Radiology and Cath Lab procedures

Ability to float within the hospital or to affiliate Indiana hospitals as needed

Must be able to work 2 out of 3 major holidays during the contract

First-time healthcare travelers welcome

Two supervisor references required

Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures in both Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology units

Monitor and assess hemodynamic status during procedures

Assist with cardiac implant closure devices, stent placements, pacemaker insertions, and endovascular interventions

Scrub in and maintain a sterile field during all procedures

Troubleshoot and maintain GE and Siemens imaging equipment

Participate in STEMI call and provide after-hours coverage as scheduled

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, and Social Services

Document all procedures and patient care activities in the Cerner electronic health record system

Float to other units or affiliate Indiana healthcare facilities as required
