Internal Audit - Testing Lead

BitGo is looking to hire an Internal Audit Testing Lead / Sr Associate with a specialty in Regulatory Compliance Testing. Reporting directly into our Chief Audit Executive, this is an excellent opportunity to occupy a crucial internal audit leadership role where you'll be able to utilize your expertise while taking on the challenge of building out an Internal Audit and Testing program at a rapidly growing cryptocurrency / digital asset firm. This role will require being full-time onsite at our Sioux Falls office to support collaborative team dynamics and innovative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Work as a key member of our Internal Audit team
• Prepare reports for the Executive Management and Board of Directors on a periodic basis
• Lead the development and implementation of enterprise testing programs in addition to determining the accuracy and completeness of each program
• Liaise with various other teams to ensure monitoring and testing results are remediated
• Contribute and partner with business, operations, technology, and second line of defense teams to execute on mandates and test the effectiveness of existing processes including customer onboarding, new product and service approval and delivery, technology enhancements, and asset due diligence
• Assist in the management of Global IA initiatives, including Germany, Singapore, Dubai and others
• Exemplify a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed

Pay Transparency Notice : Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $60,000- $80,000 USD base salary. Equity, an annual performance bonus and the benefits outlined above are also a part of this role's package.
