The Senior Business Analyst plays a vital role within Global Payments Network (GPN) by providing both strategic and tactical support to explore new or enhanced business opportunities. This position is central to driving thought leadership through comprehensive operational analysis and the evaluation of solution options and associated risks. As a part of the team, you will :

• Assists in identifying, assessing and capitalizing on growth opportunities for the organization.
• Working collaboratively with various client-facing teamsincluding Business Development, Product Managers, Operations, and multiple levels of management.
• Offer strategic and tactical support in identifying and developing new or improved business opportunities.
• Take a lead role in thought leadership by conducting in-depth analyses of operational activities, exploring solution options, assessing risks, and supporting the implementation of business strategies and opportunities.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Chicago, IL : $99,100 - $113,100 for Sr. Business Analyst McLean, VA : $109,000 - $124,400 for Sr. Business Analyst Riverwoods, IL : $99,100 - $113,100 for Sr. Business Analyst

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
