Summary
The Sales & Growth Support Specialist will be part of the sales team and work closely with Producers, the Strategic Growth team, and leadership to provide essential support across sales enablement, marketing, recruiting, and data management. This role is highly collaborative, innovative, and strategic—ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions to drive measurable results. This position can be onsite, hybrid or remote. There will be some travel involved.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Lead Generation Support
- Identify and research prospective producer targets.
- Conduct early-stage outreach and initial screening to qualify opportunities.
- Support major recruiting presentations and events, including logistics and programming.
- Maintain and update the recruiting and growth pipeline.
Strategic Growth Coordination
Collaborate with the Strategic Growth team to ensure alignment with business objectives.Coordinate and manage Strategic Growth meetings.Proactively identify and implement innovative strategies to improve outreach, recruiting, and sales support.Sales & Tech Enablement
Partner with Producers to develop and refine personal branding strategies.Partner with Brand Management team to create ideas that support social media, email outreach, and CRM-driven campaigns.Standardize outreach strategies to ensure consistency and best practices.Provide timely sales reporting and pipeline insights to Producers and management.Marketing & Content Strategy
Collaborate with Brand Management team in the creation and management of sales & growth related content for corporate, practice group, and individual social media platforms.Align content strategy with both recruiting and sales growth initiatives.Internship Program Oversight
Directly oversee the Summer Sales Internship Program , including planning, coordination, training, and day-to-day support.Serve as a mentor and primary point of contact for interns, ensuring a valuable learning experience aligned with agency goals.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).Minimum 4 years of experience in sales support, marketing, recruiting, or related roles.Strong writing, communication, and content creation skills.Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).Knowledge of social media strategy and tools (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas and strategies to the team.Note : This job description is not all-inclusive and may be supplemented as business conditions change
