Key Responsibilities
Handles and responds promptly to inquiries from clients and representatives regarding questions and requests for information
Utilizes systems and databases to enter and retrieve client information as needed
Maintains daily contact with the QA department regarding workflow and report status
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum one year clerical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of general computer and office equipment
Familiarity with multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to adapt to a high-volume contact center environment
